"Jeff has been our agent for 30 years, for both cars and homes. Everyone in his office has been great to work with and very helpful. I had an issue a while ago with coverage on my vehicles that turned out to be a simple mix-up from State Farm headquarters, that was also corrected with an easy fix by Jeff's office. They patiently worked through it with me, explaining all the details. Insurance is complicated and messy to me, but they really know it like the back of their hand and ensure the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted ! They're the BEST !!"

"Have had Jeff and his team as our Agent for YEARS! We’re in the middle of a large claim that has not moved quickly. Although it is not the job of the Agent to help solve claims issues, Jeff and his ENTIRE team have been invaluable! This claim was bad. In a lot of cases, people would switch insurance companies. In our case, my wife and I are staying with Jeff Briggs State Farm because of the EXCELLENT SERVICE that they have provided during this event. "I am a creature of habit; it is very much outside my comfort zone to try to get new insurance quotes, but Courtney was amazing! She asked questions to make sure I was comparing the existing coverage I had with coverage through their agency. "Can't thank Jeff, Debbie and Courtney enough for their patience, support and diligence following a car accident that left the car I was to grow old with - totaled. We were all lucky to be okay and I was fortunate it was the other driver's fault but it was still pretty stirring. There were so many hurdles to jump. When the other insurance company dragged their feet, Jeff, Debbie and Courtney stepped in to take on the claim and help me at every turn, with all of my questions and concerns. They went to bat for me in every way and even helped me in the search for a replacement vehicle. Grateful to the entire office!"
